The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has set up regional offices throughout the United States for the purpose of outreach and enrollment into the Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit. The following list provides contact information for the CMS regional Campaign Managers. The map of the various CMS regional territories details the regions in graphic format and lists the phone numbers for the Social Security Offices in each region.

Please call your CMS Campaign Manager and inquire about local training regarding the Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit that is offered in your community. CMS has set up these offices to help answer your questions about the new benefit. They are planning to hold thousands of training sessions in the upcoming months. Organizations holding public education meetings for members may request speakers on Medicare and the new benefit through the regional CMS office campaign managers.
