Joshua Danoff

"I want to tell others kids who have epilepsy to be all they can be, no matter what."

Joshua is a bright and charismatic 9 year old who is not afraid to speak openly about his seizures. The diagnosis of epilepsy was extremely difficult for Joshua and his family. Like many children with epilepsy, he struggled through many years of trials with various mediations before finding the right treatment.

To control his seizures, Joshua opted for brain surgery to remove his seizure focus. Today, he is seizure-free and makes great strides to be treated like a normal child. Joshua is passionate about advocating for children to have better medications and treatment options.
